Ingredients:
Peres blanquilles
Vi negre
sucre o sacarina
un clau d'olor
una branca de canyella
pela de taronja i de llimona
Peleu les peres i col.loqueu-les en un cassó fondo, vesseu-hi el vi procurant que les cobreixi.
Perfumeu-ho amb el clau, la canyella i les peles de taronja i llimona. Ho feu bullir i ho deixeu coure 10 minuts. Hi afegiu el sucre ( o sacarina ) i continueu la cocció 10 minuts més, removent de tant en tant. Reserveu les peres en una plata i reduïu l'almíbar a foc mitjà.
L'aboqueu per sobre les peres i ja
podeu servir-les ,tèbies o fredes

m`has fet recordar la cambrera d`un restaurant de menú on anavem sempre que feien "peras la vino", per poder-li dir que "pues mira, hoy voy a provar estas peras al vino que tienes".
O disimulava molt bé o realment mai s`en va assebentar.
